Salah became the first Liverpool player to score four goals in a game since Luis Suarez.

Not only did Liverpool win 5-0 in 2018 against Watford but Salah scored 4 goals and his first Liverpool hat-trick in the process. The game will forever be known as the Salah show as the Egyptian had the Watford defenders on strings in the emphatic win.

The first goal came in some style for Salah who sat down the Watford defender before slotting the ball home. The second came in an easier fashion, however, when a Robertson cross found the unmarked Egyptian who converted a simple tap in for his second of the night.

It was the third goal to complete the hattrick which summed up Salah's incredible debut season. The former Chelsea man seemed to have the entire Watford backline surrounding him before somehow finding the finish, leaving Watford bemused and the Liverpool fans amazed by the Egyptian's brilliance. Salah then netted the fourth and in doing so, ended the scoring for the night after tapping home the rebound of Danny Ings' strike almost apologetically to round off a fantastic performance.
