#2 David James
Another former England international on this list is David James, who has played for a number of clubs during his illustrious professional career, ending his career with 197 Premier League losses. He is second on the all-time list of players with the most losses in the English top-flight.
Making his debut for Watford in 1988 after coming through as a product of their youth academy, Liverpool signed James four years later - at the same time the Premier League was introduced.
With over 200 appearances for the Reds during his seven-year spell, he made moves to Aston Villa (1999), West Ham (2001) and Manchester City (2004) regular first-team action was a key demand for him to remain settled at a club.
Harry Redknapp, the then Portsmouth manager, signed the veteran Englishman in 2006 and together they won the FA Cup.
He won 53 international caps for England, before retiring after the 2010 World Cup. Joining a handful of smaller clubs towards the end of his career, both in England and elsewhere across Europe, James eventually retired at the start of 2015 after a brief stint with ISL side Kerala Blasters.
