It is rumoured that if any club is to make a serious bid for the former Atletico Madrid man, they will need to stump up a huge sum that will put off the likes of Manchester City, and PSG, but as Manchester City already have Edin Dzeko, Sergio Aguero and Stefan Jovetic, he will not be needed at the Etihad, and as Paris Saint Germain is the home of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani, it is unlikely they will be interested either. So, Chelsea should go for him.
