A player who has always stated that he is not attracted to the Premier League and has rejected Arsenal and Manchester City in the past, it is unlikely he would change his mind now, especially when his club Paris Saint Germain are at their strongest, and Chelsea are lacking any killer instinct at the moment.
It may be unlikely, though a dream for Chelsea fans, and also likely that Premier League fans of all clubs would love to see the big Swede in England.
