#1 Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
It is an understatement now, to say that Harry Kane is one of the best strikers in the world at the moment. A product of Tottenham's academy, he has been their most valued possession during the current Pochettino era.
The Englishman has finished as the top goal scorer for 2 seasons in a row. He is also the leading goal scorer in the current season and finished 2017 with the highest goals in the calendar year, even beating the likes of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Although he does not possess grace or flair like other top forwards in the world, he makes up for it with excellent close control, great finishing and the ability to score in every situation possible. It is safe to say that he is an old fashioned English striker who is giving defender's nightmares even in the era of tiki-taka and fluid football.
At only 24 years of age, if Kane can keep up his current form, he will definitely become the greatest striker in the EPL era. He is also widely expected to break Alan Shearer's all time EPL goal scoring record if he remains in the league for years to come.
