Cesc Fabregas to Monaco FC

After the arrival of Matteo Kovacic and Jorginho, opportunities have been limited to veteran midfielder Cesc Fabregas. Matteo Kovacic, Kante, and Jorginho have formed a formidable midfield partnership which the manager Maurizio Sarri has held on to in recent games.
Hence, Fabregas has started to look for a move elsewhere in search of more game time. The Spaniard has not played in France a move to Monaco FC has been gaining momentum in the past few days.
Thierry Henry was appointed as the manager of Monaco recently and is ensuring a difficult time at the club. He has decided to reunite with his former Arsenal teammate Fabregas to help get the club out of shambles.
Although a move to AC Milan was imminent, the Serie A club has announced that they would not be able to afford Fabregas and that has made the road clear for Monaco FC. With only 6 months left on Fabregas's contract at Chelsea, the Spaniard will also be available at a cheaper price.
Thierry Henry would be hoping for this move as the arrival of Fabregas could be a much-needed boost for him.
