Luis Suarez has a story to tell about October. The Uruguayan Striker had 3 goals from 7 games at the end of September, which saw him start as 10th among the contenders last time. Suarez started October with an assist against Valencia but failed to score again, for the 4th game in a row. If there were any doubts about his qualities, those were about to be squashed soon.
As Barcelona hosted Seville in the next game, Suarez finally got back his scoring boots and also picked up an assist. The game was a big talking point as Barcelona talisman Lionel Messi had to leave the pitch in the 26th minute, after fracturing his forearm. It meant that Barcelona would be without their Skipper in the game against Real Madrid, which was a big blow. However, in stepped Suarez.
He started El Clasico by converting a penalty in the 30th minute. He then scored again in the 75th minute, giving Barcelona a valuable breathing space and then completed his hat-trick in the 83rd minute. It meant that Suarez had scored 4 goals in 3 games in October, which helped him climb up to 4th among the contenders for the La Liga Golden Boot at the start of November.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
