Rashford scored a brace against Chelsea last weekend
Like Martial, Marcus Rashford's 2018/19 season was full of highs and lows. The Englishman struggled to hold on to place in the team at the start of the season and was also poor on the field. His goalscoring form had taken a hit by the time Mourinho had left, as Rasford managed to score just 3 goals in 14 appearances. But all that was soon to change.

The Norwegian’s appointment was a shot in the arm for the Englishman, who found his footing on the pitch and was prolific at the turn of the year, scoring 6 goals in 8 games. Sadly, like Martial, Rashford faded away towards the end of the season and finished the campaign in a whimper. The Englishman could only manage 10 goals in the league last season.
However, the United No. 10 should be looking forward to a fresh start this year. He has been given the freedom in attack and will be spearheading United’s front line this time. Rashford has been quick off the blocks this season, scoring a brace against Chelsea and should be aiming to better his tally from last season.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
