The Belgian stays at the top of this list owing to a better goals per game ratio. Hazard has now scored 8 goals from 11 games in all competitions this season. He started the month of October with a goal against Southampton, but could not find the net against Manchester United in the next game. He was left out of the squad against Burnley, apparently due to a back problem, which saw him miss training.
Hazard registered 9 shots in the two games in October, with just 2 of them on target. While it is too early to conclude that he is slowing down, the fact that Aubameyang has caught up and reigning champion Mohamed Salah is sniffing down his neck will have him worried.
