Valencia's kickstarted United's rout of Everton
Antonio Valencia is one name which does not come to mind when wonder goals are being talked about. However, this season, the Ecuadorian has scored a goal which has been adjudged as Manchester United's best goal of 2017.
When asked about the goal, Valencia said,
"It's a goal that I am proud of. I just hit it into the back of the net and then heard the crowd erupt at Old Trafford. It was a great feeling and it gave us the start we needed against Everton, we came away with three points which ended the day perfectly."

The 32-year-old received the ball on a half volley and struck it with all his might into the top corner from 23 yards out to start the 4-0 demolition of Everton that day.
