Ankara, Oct 24 (IANS) Turkey’s Trabzonspor hosts Legia Warsaw Thursday night in a crucial game of the Europa League groups.
Tabzonspor is in the driving seat of Group J along with Lazio, with the two teams having four points out of two matches. Apollon Limassol is third with three points and Legia is fourth without a point, reports Xinhua.
Trabzonspor started the group with a 2-1 win over Apollon, but in the following game, they blew a golden chance, allowing two late goals from Lazio to be held to a 3-3 draw.
Thursday night’s game will take place at the Huseyin Avni Aker Stadium in Trabzon province in northeastern Turkey.
