Alexis Sanchez has failed to make an impact at the Old Trafford

Big things were expected from Alexis Sanchez when he joined Manchester United from Arsenal in the January transfer window of 2018. However, the Chilean international struggled to perform at the Old Trafford and is currently among the fringes at the club.

The 30-year-old has played 20 Premier League games this season and has contributed just one goal and three assist to the team. He is currently the highest paid player at the club but has often been left out of the starting XI by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

The Red Devils are likely to go through the squad overhaul during the summer transfer window and we could see Sanzhez leaving the club on a cut price deal. It is rumoured that the Manchester-based club could be willing to sell this player in order to welcome better performers to the team.
