Juventus preparing a fresh bid for Emre Can

With Liverpool failing to tie the German down to a new contract, Juventus are back in the frame and are planning to test Liverpool's resolve. Gazzetta Dello Sport claims that the Italian champions are preparing a £23 million bid for Emre Can who has less than 12 months remaining on his current deal. But Jurgen Klopp has urged the Liverpool board to offer Can a new long term deal as he sees the midfielder as an integral part of his plans.

Gabigol to leave for Sporting Lisbon

According to Record, the Brazilian attacker is in talks with Sporting Lisbon for a season long loan deal. Gabigol has struggled for game time at the San Siro and has underperformed following his €29.5 million move from Santos last year. His agent, Wagner Ribeiro recently said, "We're talking with Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho. We'll see if we can close the deal."
