Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid transfer saga

The teenager's future has slowly become the talk of the town with almost all of the big clubs in Europe plotting a move for the AS Monaco wonder kid. Real Madrid seem to be leading the race and AS now reports that Zinedine Zidane is ready to sign Mbappe this summer and loan him back to Monaco for a season. The Madrid boardroom feels this is the best possible option for all the parties involved as Real Madrid will get a better player in one year while Mbappe will increase his chances of playing for France in the next World Cup.

FC Barcelona's target not for sale

Paris Saint-Germain have dented Barcelona's hopes of signing 24-year-old midfielder, Marco Verratti. Marca has revealed that PSG president Nasser al Khelaifi has rebuffed any interest in his club's top player. The Catalans were ready to offer close to €100 million for Verratti but it is now being reported that the Italian will be offered a new lucrative deal instead.
