Bayern Munich target Sandro Wagner
The German champions are looking for a striker and a number of striking options are being linked with them. Today it is the turn of Hoffenheim forward, Sandro Wagner. But the interest in the German striker seems real as Hoffenheim boss, Julian Nagelsmann has admitted the possibility of Wagner returning to his former club.
Nagelsmann revealed, “We’ve known about Bayern’s interest in Sandro for a while. It isn’t anything new for us. But as its the case with any one of our players, we only announce something when there is something to announce."
Wagner's family lives in Munich which gives this report more weight.
Arsenal in talks with Borussia Dortmund's chief scout
ESPN has reported that the Gunners are in advanced talks with Dortmund's chief scout - Sven Mislintat. It is Mislintat who is credited with bringing the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Ousmane Dembele among others to the Bundesliga side.
The 45-year-old is also on the radar of Bayern Munich who wants him as their technical director. But it is claimed that Arsenal are favourites to land Mislintat who joined Borussia Dortmund in 2009 and will now replace Arsenal's chief scout, Steve Rowley.
