AC Milan to take Diego Costa on loan

With Atletico Madrid unable to sign Diego Costa until January, AC Milan have swooped in for the striker and will offer him a way out of Chelsea. Don Balon understands that Milan will sign Costa on a six-month loan spell.

AS Roma close to signing Aleksander Kolarov

After it emerged that the veteran fullback would be allowed to leave Manchester City this summer, AS Roma have been swift in their chase of Kolarov. Sky Sports have revealed that Roma have agreed on a deal of around £5.8 million for Kolarov with the Serbian expected to arrive in Italy soon. The 31-year-old was a regular for City under Pep Guardiola last season but the manager has decided he needs fresh legs in the position.

Juventus reach an agreement to sign Federico Bernardeschi

Goal has reported that Juventus have struck a deal with Fiorentina for the signing of highly rated forward, Federico Bernardeschi. The versatile attacker scored 11 goals last season and was also Italy's best player in the recently concluded U-21 Euros. The Bianconeri will pay Fiorentina a sum of €40 million and will sign Bernardeschi on a five-year contract.
