Manchester United dealt blow in Antoine Griezmann's chase
El Confidencial claims that Manchester United will have to look for other options with Antoine Griezmann deciding to stay put at Atletico Madrid. The Frenchman was supposed to be leaving the Colchoneros after the arrival of Diego Costa was confirmed but it has now become clear that the duo will play together for the Madrid giants. This will be a big blow to Jose Mourinho and Manchester United who had reportedly kept the no.7 shirt vacant for Griezmann.
Everton and Chelsea interested in Edinson Cavani
After Edinson Cavani's public spat with Neymar, the Uruguayan has been linked with a move away from PSG. It is believed that the relationship between two of Paris' most valuable players has been deteriorated beyond a point of reconciliation. Cavani signed a new deal last year but might be sacrificed in order to keep the world's most expensive player happy.
The Daily Mail has jumped on the PSG bandwagon and has claimed that Everton and Chelsea are very much interested in the Uruguayan. Everton need a strong number 9 to replace Romelu Lukaku whereas Chelsea are looking for a striker to bolster their chances in every competition.
