Arsene Wenger names his successor at Arsenal
Arsene Wenger has this season and the season after with the Gunners and is set to call it a day after the 2018/19 season. Wenger is entrusted with the job of finding the next Arsenal boss just as Sir Alex Ferguson did at Manchester United. The Daily Star can reveal that Wenger's first choice to succeed him at the Arsenal is Feyenoord boss, Giovanni van Bronckhorst.
Van Bronckhorst played under Wenger for three years at Arsenal and has learned his managerial tricks by working under the likes of Wenger, Guus Hiddink, Frank Rijkaard and Dick Advocaat. The 48-year-old is with Feyenoord since 2015 and guided the Rotterdam side to it's first Eredivisie title last season after 18 years.
