Real Madrid ready to make a move for Neymar

Don Balon understands that Real Madrid supremo, Florentino Perez has sanctioned the funds to lure Neymar back to La Liga. It is claimed that Real Madrid are ready to make a €250 million move for the Brazilian superstar.

Neymar has been linked with Los Blancos since the past few weeks with reports suggesting him to be a direct replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. To make way for Neymar's arrival and to free up funds, Real Madrid have also decided to offload Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.

Douglas to return to FC Barcelona

According to O Jogo, Douglas is set to return to Barcelona in January from his season-long spell with Benfica. The right-back has made just four cup appearances this season and has failed to land a starting berth for the Portuguese giants.

It is understood that Barcelona have the right to terminate Douglas' loan contract if he does not make 11 appearances until the new year. The Catalans are expected to exercise that option with Ernesto Valverde looking for squad depth for the current season.
