But they are not the only club interested in the 29-year-old. It is reported that AC Milan and Inter Milan are also looking to strengthen their wings and will fight it out against Arsenal for the Colombian.

Inter Milan begin contract extension talks with Ivan Perisic

In a big blow to Jose Mourinho's transfer plans, Inter Milan are working behind the scenes to offer Perisic a new lucrative deal. Daily Express reports that the Italian giants have become frustrated with United's pursuit of Perisic and have now decided to keep hold of the 28-year-old. Perisic is not desperate to leave Italy at the moment and might accept Inter's generous offer.
