Real Madrid set to offload either Mateo Kovacic or Lucas Vasquez
Los Blancos need funds to launch a bid for Kylian Mbappe and have hence decided to offload one of Mateo Kovacic or Lucas Vasquez. Kovacic has long been linked with a move away from Spain with Real Madrid now ready to offload him at a fair price. Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus remain interested in the midfielder. Meanwhile, Arsenal and Liverpool have enquired about Vasquez who had a breakthrough season for Real Madrid last campaign, making 46 appearances in all competitions.
Valencia targeting Arsenal's Gabriel
With Arsene Wenger revealing his desire to trim his squad size, Daily Mirror has reported that Gabriel is one of the players set to be offloaded. Valencia are interested in the 26-year-old and are mulling over the possibility of bidding around £10 million for the central defender. Gabriel joined Arsenal two and a half years ago from Sao Paulo but failed to nail down a starting spot at the Emirates.
