Thomas Tuchel on Southampton's radar
The Saints are reportedly close to sacking manager Claude Puel in the next few days following his fall out with the senior players and his reportedly negative tactics. Though he joined last year, Puel has irked the Southampton owners to such lengths that they have decided to replace him in the coming weeks.
The Independent report that Thomas Tuchel, the former Borussia Dortmund manager, is high on their wish list and they are keen on offering the 43-year old a bumper deal. Roger Schmidt of Bayer Leverkusen is the other option for Southampton.
Serge Gnabry to leave Werder Bremen
After just one season with Bremen, the former Arsenal youngster, Serge Gnabry has decided to join Hoffenheim in the summer. Goal report that Gnabry has activated an exit clause in his contract and is eager to join Hoffenheim. Red Bull Leipzig and Bayern Munich were also showing interest in the winger who scored 11 goals in the Bundesliga last season but Gnabry has decided to join the emerging club, Hoffenheim.
