Wayne Rooney set to stay at Manchester United
Despite being badly out of favour at Old Trafford currently, Wayne Rooney has been rumoured to have made the decision to see out his contract in Manchester. Daily Mail state that Rooney wants to spend the one year which is left in his current deal under Jose Mourinho rather than accepting a pay cut in a foreign country. The offers from China also don’t interest Rooney at the moment which means that the England captain will be seen in a red shirt for a tad bit longer.
A host of Premier League clubs interested in Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs
After the arrival of Sead Kolasinac, the Gunners will offload either Gibbs or Nacho Monreal in the summer. It is not looking good at the moment for Gibbs as the 27-year old is likely to be the player who will be sold. Evening Standard News claim that the likes of Newcastle, Brighton, Watford and Stoke City are interested in the left-back but have asked Arsenal to lower their asking price of £15 million for the defender.
