Cristiano Ronaldo gets a massive offer from China
Chinese Super League has often targeted the biggest names in world football and now have decided to go all out for none other than Cristiano Ronaldo. AS claims that a Chinese club has tabled an offer €200 million for the Portuguese megastar and are also keen to offer him close to €120 million per year in wages. Ronaldo has previously rejected the advances from Far East but this mind boggling offer might make him think twice. The 32-year old has a contract with Real Madrid till 2021.
Lionel Messi to have a release clause of €400 million
After Messi reiterated his desire to retire at FC Barcelona in a recent interview, the club has been quick to get on with the paperwork and offer the Argentine a humongous paycheck. Corriere Dello Sport report that Barcelona are close to offering Messi a long-term deal which will see him earn £72,000 per day and in which, the five time Ballon d'Or winner will have a whopping release clause of €400 million.
