Thierry Henry agrees to become the Aston Villa manager
A Daily Star exclusive has revealed that Thierry Henry has verbally agreed to take over from Steve Bruce at Aston Villa. It is reported that the new Villa owners do not see Bruce as the perfect man to lead the side and have identified Henry as the perfect choice. The Arsenal legend has sought assurances from the Villa owners on the transfer front before putting pen to paper.
Fabri joins Fulham from Besiktas
Besiktas' goalkeeper Fabri has signed for Fulham on a three-year deal. The two-time Turkish league goalkeeper of the year winner is Fulham's third signing of the summer after Maxime Le Marchand and Jean Michael Seri.
The Cottagers have reportedly paid Besiktas around £5 million for the services of the 30-year-old Spaniard.
