3 Real Madrid superstars block Eden Hazard's move to the club
In a sudden turn of events, Real Madrid have called off their pursuit of Chelsea hitman Eden Hazard. A majority of the sources have claimed that Chelsea's £200 million valuation is what put Real Madrid off.
But according to Don Balon, the likes of Isco, Marco Asensio and Sergio Ramos were the reason behind Real Madrid's drop of interest in Hazard. The trio sought a meeting with Julen Lopetegui and convinced the new Madrid manager to keep his faith in them instead of splashing the cash on an expensive buy.
FC Barcelona decides to keep Munir in the fray
Ernesto Valverde has reportedly been left impressed by Munir El Haddadi’s progress on loan at Alaves last season. Sport can reveal that Barcelona have now decided to not let Munir go on loan this coming season and are now planning to use him as second fiddle to Luis Suarez ahead of Paco Alcacer. The Catalans are also planning to offer him a new deal.
