Atletico Madrid agree fee for Diego Costa
Costa, it seems, has finally had his way as English Premier League champions Chelsea have finally agreed to sell their wantaway striker. The Brazilian who publicly fell out with Antonio Conte last season was told he could leave over a text message.
The 28-year old has expressed his desire to go back to Atletico Madrid and will be ecstatic now that the deal looks like it's happening.Sport Bible have reported that the La Liga side have finally agreed with Chelsea on a £50 million fee and will perhaps loan the player until they can register him, once they have served their transfer ban in January of next year.
Barcelona look to Di Maria after failing to sign Coutinho
The La Liga side have started their season pretty much exactly where they left off last season. However, the enormous void left by Neymar is yet to be occupied. The Camp Nou outfit have relentlessly pursued Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, only to be mercilessly rejected.
As per Sky Sources, Barcelona have now reportedly ended their interest in the Brazilian, and have averted their gaze towards Paris Saint-Germain's Angel Di Maria. The Argentinian is rich in La Liga experience, having played for rivals Real Madrid in the past.
With under 10 days left before the window shuts, and talks over Ousmane Dembele stalled, the reports suggest that an offer is imminent as Barcelona will fight tooth and nail for what seems to be their last chance at replacing Neymar.
Real Madrid to sign De Gea next summer
In what's becoming the transfer saga of the decade, Real Madrid have pulled yet another plot-twist. The La Liga champions registered interest in the goalkeeper earlier this summer, but to no avail, as the 26-year old was wary of Keylor Navas and didn't intend on playing second fiddle.
The Spanish side made a humble retreat, but plan on getting their man next summer. Reports from Spain claim that club have already set the wheels in motion and that club president Florentino Perez has told Navas that he will be leaving the club in June, despite being on a contract until 2020.
