Los Blancos have been eerily silent this transfer window and to send shockwaves throughout the footballing world on deadline day, Diario Gol has claimed that the European champions have been offered a chance to Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.
The Gabonese forward is miffed at Dortmund's inability to keep Ousmane Dembele and has now wished to leave the club on the final day of the transfer period. Aubameyang has also revealed that he wants to play with Cristiano Ronaldo and it remains to be seen what Real Madrid's response will be on this offer.
Tottenham Hotspur inching closer towards a move for Andre Gomes
Sky Sports can understand that Spurs are in the advanced stage of negotiations for FC Barcelona's Andre Gomes. With Chelsea favourites to sign Ross Barkley, Spurs have turned their attention towards the Portuguese midfielder who has failed to acclimatize to the Catalan demands. Inter Milan pull out of Shkodran Mustafi deal
Calciomercato revealed that Inter Milan have had to back off from their pursuit of the German defender as Arsenal went back from their words. The Italian daily has claimed that the Gunners have changed their mind on the future of Mustafi with the management now willing to keep the German at the Emirates. Mustafi had agreed upon personal terms with the Italian giants with Inter Milan also ready to pay a huge loan fee but to no avail.
Luis Nani joins Lazio
The former Manchester United winger, Nani has today joined Lazio on a season long loan deal from Valencia. He had joined the Mestalla outfit last summer but failed to impress the club hierarchy. Lazio have signed him on a year's loan spell with a clause to make the move permanent next summer. Lazio were expected to be active in the transfer market this deadline day as Simone Inzaghi's men are looking to better their fifth placed finish from the last season.

Divock Origi signs for Wolfsburg
After falling down the pecking order at Liverpool, the 21-year-old Belgian forward Divock Origi has joined Wolfsburg on a season long loan deal. The German giants have paid £6 million for the striker's services with Liverpool including an option to call back the striker in January if the situation arises. There is no option for Wolfsburg to sign him permanently with Origi set to return to England after the end of his loan spell.
Bayer Leverkusen nab Panagiotis Retsos
The Bundesliga outfit have signed the highly rated Greek teenager, Panagiotis Retsos from Olympiakos for a massive sum of €22 million. The 19-year-old has signed a five year deal with Leverkusen and chose the Bundesliga side over Lyon and Rennes. On Retsos's acquisition, sporting director Rudi Voller said, "Retsos had offers from some top clubs playing internationally this year, so it is all the more pleasing for us that he has decided to move to Bayer – especially since he was so elemental to Olympiakos qualifying for the Champions League."

Chelsea preparing a massive £85 million deadline day splurge
The Daily Mirror has reported that Chelsea are hoping to complete as many as three signings before 3:30 AM IST - the time when the transfer window closes for the summer. Firstly, the Blues are confident of agreeing on a fee for Danny Drinkwater of Leicester City who has already put in a transfer request. An inquiry has also been made for Everton's Ross Barkley with a £25 million bid expected to be put in soon. Thirdly, Chelsea have put in a £23 million bid for Torino full-back Davide Zappacosta after failing to sign Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
Liverpool still in the market for Thomas Lemar and Virgil Van Dijk
Despite there being no clear reports of the Reds being close to an agreement for any of the two players mentioned, Sportskeeda can understand that Liverpool are still maintaining their wish to lure Lemar and Van Dijk to Anfield. For Lemar, the Reds will have to shell out close to €100 million Euros with latest reports suggesting that AS Monaco are willing to sell at the right price. The Van Dijk saga is not seeing any closure at the moment with Sky Sports reporting that there have been no bids today for the central defender.

PSG end interest in Fabinho
According to L'equipe, the Parisians have accepted defeat in their pursuit of AS Monaco's Fabinho. The versatile midfielder was on PSG's radar since a long time but despite being in negotiations with Monaco, a deal could not be agreed. Fabinho was eager on teaming up with Kylian Mbappe at Parc Des Princes but will be with the Gallic outfit for another season.
Gianelli Imbula joins Toulouse
After a disappointing stint with Stoke City, Imbula has joined the Ligue 1 side on loan. Imbula was with the Potters for a season and a half but could not garner a starting berth regularly. He made just nine starts last season and will hope to resurrect his career with the French outfit.
