Manchester City end Miralem Pjanic's pursuit
According to RMC Sport, Pep Guardiola has admitted that Manchester City are no longer in the race to sign Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic. City were one of the clubs linked with the Bosnian after the Premier League champions missed out on Jorginho.
Pjanic is also on Barcelona's radar and may now leave for a Spanish expedition. City, meanwhile, are believed to shift their focus towards Real Madrid's Matteo Kovacic or Southampton's Mario Lemina in their search of a creative midfielder.
Inter Milan eyeing Davide Zappacosta
A right-back is high on Inter Milan's priority list this summer. After suffering a setback in the chase of Atletico Madrid's Sime Vrsaljko, Inter have now reportedly set their sights on Chelsea's Davide Zappacosta. Gazzetta Dello Sport reports that Inter are confident of wrapping up a deal for the former Torino defender and are looking to begin negotiations with Chelsea in the coming days.
