Neymar hints at Premier League move
The world's most expensive player, Neymar, is understood to be unsettled at Paris Saint-Germain and has repeatedly been linked with a move away from the Ligue 1 champions. It has also been widely reported that PSG could be forced to sell him in order to comply with FFP rules and regulations.
Subsequently, Neymar has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona but has now opened the door for a potential move to the Premier League. The Brazilian recently took to his Youtube channel to answer questions from several famous current and former footballers.
During the video, Manchester City's Benjamin Mendy asked him if he would ever play in the Premier League. Responding to the question, Neymar said:
"It's a big competition. One of the greatest in the world. We don't know how tomorrow will be, but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play in the Premier League.
"If you're playing there, then I hope you can keep enjoying the Premier League because you deserve only the best. Hugs and thanks!"
As PSG continue to be investigated for FFP violations, Neymar's recent comments are bound to alert the top Premier League clubs.
