Juventus issue a deadline to Emre Can
Despite having a concrete interest in the player for the past few months, Juventus have still not managed to lure Emre Can into signing a pre-contract agreement with them. Gazzetta Dello Sport understands that the Bianconeri's top brass have given Can and his representatives one week's time to think about the final offer from the club.
Juventus have reportedly offered the German midfielder a five-year deal which will see him earn €5 million per year in wages.
Italian FA wants Antonio Conte to return
The power struggles between Antonio Conte and Chelsea are well out in the open with the manager set to get his marching orders in the summer. He has been linked with the post of the Italian national team's manager, a position which was his before he joined Chelsea.
The Italian FA has now made it clear that it wants Antonio Conte to resume the job with the national side. Vice Commissioner of the Italian FA, Alessandro Costacurta told Gazzetta Dello Sport, "I haven't chosen yet but I think Conte is the one who could do the best. I'll definitely talk with him in a couple of months."
