Wagner, who coached the Dortmund reserves for four years, has impressed at Huddersfield Town and is now being linked with a top job back in Germany.
Manchester United monitor Sokratis Papastathopoulos
The Mirror has reported that Manchester United have scouted the Greek centre-back on a number of occasions this season, and are looking to make a move for him soon.
Papastathopoulos is valued at around £20 million by Borussia Dortmund who joined the Westfalenstadion outfit back in 2013. The Greece international is said to be United's second centre-back summer target after Toby Alderweireld.
