Henrikh Mkhitaryan holds the key in the Alexis Sanchez transfer saga
Mino Raiola, the Armenian playmaker's agent has today revealed that any deal featuring Alexis Sanchez hinges on the future of his client rather than on the Chilean. Manchester United are looking for a swap deal with Arsenal as they are looking to send Mkhitaryan the other way in order to land Sanchez.
As reported by the Telegraph, Raiola revealed, "Manchester United are not going to sign Sanchez unless Mkhi agrees to join Arsenal. Mkhi is going to do what is best for him. He has two-and-a-half years left on his contract, so it’s his decision. Sanchez is part of the Mkhi deal, not the other way around."
Theo Walcott set for Everton medical
Sky Sports has today revealed that Theo Walcott will undergo a medical at Everton's training ground in the evening.
It is reported that a fee in the region of £20 million has been agreed between the two parties with Walcott set to leave Arsenal after joining the Gunners in 2006. The winger will be Everton's second signing of the winter after the Merseyside side signed Cenk Tosun earlier this month.
