Arsenal make Max Meyer a top transfer target
According to the Daily Star, Arsene Wenger has made Schalke's Max Meyer his top summer priority. The 22-year-old attacker is out of contract in the summer and has so far denied advances from the German club to sign an extension. The Gunners have monitored him for a while now and are finally set to make a move for the German international.
Timo Werner to stay put at RB Leipzig
The 22-year-old forward has been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga this summer with the likes of Manchester United and Liverpool interested in his services. But after Leipzig's 0-0 draw with Stuttgart, Werner revealed to the press that he will stay with his current side at least for one more season.
When asked about his future plans, Werner said, "Next year, definitely (I'll be in Leipzig)."
