It looks like the inevitable has surfaced. According to transfer guru Ian McGarry via The Express, Eden Hazard's Chelsea teammates believe that the Belgian has already agreed terms with Real Madrid.

Hazard has insisted multiple times that Real Madrid is his dream destination. On the Sunday Supplement, McGarry said,

“Something that’s affecting Chelsea now is Eden Hazard,

“There’s a feeling in the dressing room that he’s agreed a deal to go to Real Madrid and the reason he’s so calm about everything and not having contract negotiations with Chelsea is he has this option and he’s just waiting to exercise it.

“And now Chelsea are definitely a striker away from being Premier League contenders. Morata and Giroud are not scoring enough goals and they’re not good enough to give you the 20-odd goals you need.

“Hazard’s playing at a false nine and while he’s a brilliant player, is he going to get you 24 goals? Probably not.”

Hazard teased a move last summer but ended up staying in Chelsea as an exciting new project got underway at Stamford Bridge under Maurizio Sarri. However, Chelsea now find themselves 11 points behind league leaders Manchester City and it looks like the Blues cannot do much to convince the Belgian to stay anymore.

But it looks like only one question remains and that's whether Hazard will move in January or in June.
