Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish confirms interest in Dominic Solanke
Crystal Palace are interested in bolstering their attack in January and are hoping to rope in Liverpool youngster Dominic Solanke. This has been confirmed by Steve Parish who admitted that the papers are not 'miles off' this time in reporting who the Eagles' potential transfer targets are.
Speaking to beIN Sports ahead of Palace's game, Parish said,
"We're trying. These things are never straightforward, are they?"
"We're really trying to get someone in early.
"If we can it will make a big difference and lift everybody.
"For once the papers are not miles off."
While they pursue several targets, the Eagles also face the challenge of holding on to their prized asset Wilfried Zaha. When asked about a potential Zaha exit, Parish said,
"I think that Wilf has a big career in front of him in European football,
"Hopefully that's with Crystal Palace.
