If Spanish publications like Marca are to be believed, Eden Hazard will finish talks over a summer move to Real Madrid this week. Real Madrid are desperate to land a galactico in the summer after enduring one of their worst campaigns of recent history.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are very reluctant to sell their talisman especially after being handed the transfer ban which will see the side weaken greatly with the Belgian's departure. Reports claim that the negotiations between the clubs are almost done.

There are also claims that Eden Hazard will visit the capital city of Spain soon in order to find a house to stay at when he makes the switch in the summer. He also wants to get a feel of the city before moving in the summer from Chelsea where he has spent 7 seasons.
