Youri Tielemans agrees move to Leicester, undergoes medical
Leicester City have reportedly completed a top signing. The Foxes are on the verge of agreeing a deal with Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco for midfielder Youri Tielemans who impressed heavily during his loan spell at the King Power Stadium last season.
Tielemans flew into Birmingham this past Friday in order to ramp up the process and finalize the deal before the Foxes fly out for their pre-season training camp.
Leicester City are expected to pay a final sum of around £40 million for Tielemans. He will thus be Leicester's most expensive player to date. The 22-year-old midfielder is the Foxes' third signing of the summer after James Justin and Ayoze Perez arrived from Luton and Newcastle United respectively.
The players will travel to Evian-Les-Bains early next week to kick off their pre-season and the club and the player want to put the finishing touches on that deal before it happens.
