Manchester United ready to sell Henrikh Mkhitaryan for Mesut Ozil
Sky Sports have revealed that Manchester United are ready to offload Henrikh Mkhitaryan in January and are set to replace him with Mesut Ozil. It is rumoured that Mkhitaryan has fallen out of favour with Jose Mourinho with the manager keen on selling the Armenian and replacing him with Arsenal's Mesut Ozil.
Mkhitaryan has failed to make Jose Mourinho's 18-man squad for seven of United's last eight matches and is destined to be offloaded next month. Meanwhile, Ozil is desperate to end his Arsenal stay soon and is longing for a reunion with Jose Mourinho.
Liverpool to go back for Virgil van Dijk
The Reds' interest in the Southampton centre-back is well documented. And Jurgen Klopp is now set to go back for his number one defensive target next month. Liverpool Echo claims that Klopp is keen on testing Southampton's resolve by making a £60 million bid for the Dutchman.
Van Dijk is still desperate for a move to Anfield but the good folks at Goal have claimed that even Manchester City are looking at van Dijk as a potential addition to their backline.
