Manchester United to rival Manchester City for Isco
Real Madrid face an uphill task of keeping Isco at the Bernabeu beyond the current season. Don Balon via the Daily Star have claimed that Isco is set to leave Real Madrid if Zinedine Zidane remains in charge of Los Blancos for the next campaign. Under the Frenchman, the Spanish playmaker has been in and out of the side for the majority of the time.
It is also reported that both the Manchester clubs are looking to sign Isco with Jose Mourinho 'willing to do anything' to beat City to sign the 25-year-old. The Tribuna further claims that United will make a €200 million bid for Isco and will offer him £17.6 million per year in wages.
FC Barcelona keep tabs on Toby Alderweireld
The central defender's £25 million release clause next summer has alerted a number of top clubs around Europe. The Independent reports that FC Barcelona are seriously looking at the prospect of making a big-money move for the Belgian defender at the end of the campaign.
Alderweireld is not ready to sign an extension with Spurs unless he gets a pay raise which does not fit the bill in the club's strict wage structure.
