It was a night of absolute joy for the Blues as they thrashed German side Schalke 3-0 at Gelsenkirchen. Jose Mourinho’s men looked comfortable throughout the game and deservedly took all three points which puts them on level with Schalke with 6 points on top of groud E.
For Chelsea, Fernando Torres who made his 100th appearance after as a Blue scored a brace and Hazard scored his first Champions League goal helping them to a comfortable 3-0 win. With two more home games to come, Chelsea look comfotable to avoid another group stage exit this season.
