Twitter blasts Antoine Griezmann for his 'racist' post

What was intended to be a harmless joke, turned out to be one of the worst nightmares for Antoine Griezmann. The French striker, who's loved by almost all the football fans in the world, had turned more than half of them against him for a fancy dress photo he uploaded on Instagram.

This is the post that saw abuses hurled at the Griezmann:

Despite Griezmann clarifying that it was a tribute to Harlem Globetrotters, the fans were furious that he painted himself black.
