It was an interesting match of football, as Barcelona came from behind to hold Real Madrid at 1-1.
Real Madrid started the game in the best possible way and got the lead through Lucas Vazquez as early at the sixth minute of the game. However, Barcelona kept pushing for the equalizing goal after going down, and finally got their reward when Malcolm made the most of his rare start to nullify the Los Blancos' advantage in the 57th minute of the game.
Both teams had a number of opportunities to score during the concluding stages of the game. However, they failed to make most of them and will have all to play for when they meet for the second leg on February 28th.
