Twitter reacts to Chelsea winning the Premier League title with two games to spare

It took a while but with their 23^rd shot on goal, Chelsea scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over West Bromwich Albion to seal the Premier League title. With two games to play, they now have a 10-point lead over Tottenham Hotspur who cannot catch up even though they have a game in hand.

Michy Batshuayi, who last scored a league goal in August, put away Cesar Azpilicueta’s cross in the 82^nd minute to claim all three points at the Hawthorns. It sees Antonio Conte win the Premier League title in his debut season – the fourth manager to do so (the third with Chelsea).
