Twitter reacts as Ryan Giggs makes his managerial debut for Manchester United

Ryan Giggs took charge of his first game as a manager for Manchester United as Norwich travelled to Old Trafford in the Saturday evening fixture.

Giggs was appointed on an interim basis after David Moyes was sacked on Tuesday, with United fans overjoyed with the decision to appoint the club legend as player-manager.

There were talking points as Juan Mata was left out of the starting XI and Adnan Januzaj out of the squad altogether, while Giggs himself opted to remain out of the action as he stayed suited up on the touchline.
