#4 Thomas Muller
Thomas Muller entered the fray as Kingsley Coman's replacement after the former Juventus man pulled up with an injury. It took the German less than 20 minutes to make a mark on the game, as he was on hand to convert from close range after Alphonso Davies' shot had rebounded off the post.
The goal was Muller's second of the campaign following his first in the opening day victory over Red Star Belgrade. And with Bayern Munich having their sights set on bigger scalps, fans of the club would hope their legend can step up in the knockout rounds.
#3 Ryan Sessegnon
Following his breathtaking displays for Fulham where he broke multiple records as a teenager, Ryan Sessegnon was highly sought-after this summer and eventually completed a mega move to Tottenham.
However, injuries have not been kind to the 19-year-old and he had his debut delayed until the start of November.
Sessegnon was handed his first start for Tottenham in the clash with Bayern Munich, benefiting from the rest handed to several first-team stars. And he took full advantage of the occasion to open his account for the Lily Whites.
A beautiful team move was completed when the ball landed at Sessegnon's feet in the 20th minute and he made no mistake with the finish. In the process, he became Tottenham's youngest Champions League goalscorer of all time.
