The logo for the UEFA EURO 2016 has been launched in Paris, which brings together the unique elements of the Henri Delaunay Cup and the national colors of hosts France weaved around the theme ‘Celebrating the art of football’.
The UEFA EURO 2016 took a step closer to tangibility when they launched the distinctive and conspicuous logo for the final tournament.
Th bold design, which was unveiled to the opulent quarters of Paris’s Pavillon Cambon Capucines, aims to fuse together the creativity that defines French culture with the beauty of the game, while maintaining the unique identity of UEFA EURO 2016.
The logo is the brain child of Brandia Central, the Portuguese agency behind the UEFA EURO 2012 insignia and is a symbol of a number of varied art and football movements.
Different interpretations can be drawn from the logo that is centered on the iconic Henri Delaunay Cup. The colours of the flag are incorporated seamlessly with flowing lines and shapes to make the logo contemporary as well distinctively elegant.
