Manchester United v Partizan: Group L - UEFA Europa League
The Englishman put his foot down right from the start of the game and drove at the opposition as a man possessed. His understanding with Martial was a treat to the eyes, as the two of them tore the defence apart with their silky build-up play. Rashford was a continuous threat throughout the first half but failed to score, despite coming close a couple of times. However, the Englishman continued to strive for excellence and put in a shift on the pitch.

Rashford dropped deep to pick up the ball and was heavily involved in the build-up play. After the break, he picked up pace and looked desperate to add a goal.
His moment arrived in the 49th minute after Juan Mata’s beautifully timed long ball to Ashley Young was cushioned into Rashford’s path by the United skipper. The Englishman hit a sweet first-time volley that gave Stojkovic no chance. It was a goal that took the game away from Partizan and gave United full control of the proceedings.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
