According to reports Manchester United have agreed a £26 million deal with Sao Paulo for Brazil sensation Lucas Moura.
The fee has been agreed between the clubs and the club is confident they can agree terms with his father who is also his agent.
Lucas would need a permit appeal to be allowed to play in England, but with the money involved the authorities are sure to be convinced he is in the ‘special talent’ category.
