According to Spanish newspaper, Marca, Juventus will ask Real Madrid for Toni Kross and a whopping €120 million if they are to agree to the transfer of French sensation Paul Pogba. The 23-year-old is one of the transfer market's hottest properties and is being courted by multiple European giants.
Real Madrid are keen to sign the midfielder after Real Madrid's manager Zinedine Zidane admitted that he's a fan of the imposing midfielder. Real Madrid's President, Florentino Perez, is also said to be interesting in bringing Pogba to the Santiano Bernabeu.
Pogba joined Juventus from Manchester United on a free transfer after falling out with then-manager Sir Alex Ferguson. He has since won four Serie A titles and other multiple trophies with the Turin club and has often suggested that he's more than happy to stay with Juventus despite the interest from some of Europe's big guns.
Toni Kroos, meanwhile, hasn't been the biggest success at Real Madrid ever since joining from Bayern Munich. The 26-year-old joined the Madrid giants for very small fee given he had only one year left on contract but his contribution to the team hasn't been as inspiring as former Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso – who ironically joined Bayern Munich to replace the departing German.
Juventus are said to be closing in the signing of Miralem Pjanic from AS Roma after they activated his release clause but are willing to replace Pogba with Kroos if the Frenchman chooses to switch to Madrid.
Real Madrid are also said to be interested in signing a top striker after the likes of Robert Lewandowski and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were extensively scouted last season. Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund have since come out and declared that none of their 'big' were going to leave until the end of the transfer window.
